Terms of sale

  • Prices are in Euro's. Postage and insurance are not included.
  • It is also possible to pay with a creditcard, for which there are no surcharges.
  • Luiscius is free to demand advance payment.
  • All books are complete and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Minor defects (a few annotations and/or underlinings, stamps etc.) have not always been mentioned.
  • All books must be paid within 14 days after receipt of invoice.
  • Luiscius Antiquarian Booksellers is entitled by Dutch law to increase the invoice with interest and legal costs.
  • Books remain property of Luiscius until payment is fulfilled.
  • If the received item is not to your satisfaction, you are entitled to return it, in the same condition, within 7 business days. Shipping costs are for the buyer, If payment has already been done, the amount of the invoice reduced by shipping costs shall be returned immediately.
  • Luiscius is free to refuse orders.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • On all rights, obligations, special offers, orders and agreements, also this condition, Dutch law is exclusive applicable.
  • Any disputes which may arise between buyer and Luiscius will be heard by the competent Dutch court.
